3.1 Our Commitment to Quality Assurance

At ModaBag.store, we understand that a purse is a significant style investment. Our “Flawless-Finish” policy is designed to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the craftsmanship and utility of your purchase. We offer a 7-Day Inspection Window to ensure your bag meets our rigorous boutique standards.

3.2 Eligibility for Returns (The “Pristine” Requirement)

To maintain the hygiene and luxury status of our inventory, returns are subject to the following strict criteria:

  1. The “Unworn” Clause: The bag must show zero signs of use. This includes the absence of perfume scents, makeup stains in the lining, or scratches on the metal hardware.
  2. Hardware Protection: All protective plastic films on zippers, buckles, and “feet” of the bag must remain intact. Once these films are removed, the bag is considered “Used” and is ineligible for return.
  3. Original Packaging: The ModaBag “Dust Bag,” authenticity cards, and branded box must be returned in their original condition.

3.3 Defective Merchandise & The “Craftsman’s Guarantee”

If your bag arrives with a structural failure (e.g., a broken zipper, failed stitching, or a detached strap):

  • The 24-Hour Reporting Window: You must report manufacturing defects within 24 hours of delivery with high-resolution photographic evidence sent to our support desk.
  • Full Replacement: If the defect is verified as a manufacturing error, ModaBag will bear all costs for the return logistics and provide a brand-new replacement. If the item is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

3.4 Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are exempt from our standard return policy:

  • Personalized/Monogrammed Purses: Any bag that has been custom-embossed or embroidered.
  • “Flash Sale” Clearance: Items purchased during high-discount events are sold “as-is” and are ineligible for “change-of-mind” returns.
  • Accessories: Small leather goods like coin purses or keychains once the seal is broken.

3.5 Refund Velocity & Banking Procedures

Once a return is approved and the item is inspected at our Karachi Quality Center, the refund process begins:

  • Digital Wallets: 2-3 Business Days.
  • Bank Transfers/Credit Cards: 7-10 Business Days (subject to your bank’s processing speed).
  • Store Credit: Instant issuance upon approval.
