2.5 Liability & “Force Majeure”
ModaBag is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: port clearances for imported hardware, national holidays, courier strikes, or extreme weather events affecting the logistics network. Our liability in any dispute is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
